Overview
The d1g1t Help Center is the hub for users of the d1g1t Advisor portal to receive assistance on the product. From the Help Center you can:
- Access d1g1t Academy
- Access a knowledge base of articles detailing how to use the portal.
- Access Information about supporting your clients using the investor portal or the mobile app.
- Submit and track service requests to the d1g1t Support Team.
To use the Help Center, your must be a registered user of the Help Center, and the domain of the email address used to register must be authorized which is only available for active d1g1t clients. The domain of the email address is the portion after the "@" character.
Many advisory teams use a different domain for their email addresses than their parent firm's standard email address. For that reason, we encourage users to use their parent firm's email address to register to the Help Center. If that's not possible, please contact support@d1g1t.com along with your parent firm's email to have your domain authorized and linked to the appropriate firm.
How to register
- Click Sign In
- Next to New to d1g1t?, click Sign Up
- Enter your name and email. Click Sign up.
Setting your password
After clicking Sign up, you will receive an email that looks like this:
- Click the Create a password link in the email.
- You will be asked to create your password:
- Once, you've entered a string password, click Set password.
- You will need this password next time you try to access the Help Center.
- You will be automatically signed in.
- If you do not see the sections in the screenshot below, it is because your email domain has not been authorized yet. Please contact support@d1g1t.com.
