Situation:

Forgot my password! What do I do?

Resolution:

Click on the Forget password? link at the bottom of the login page:

Type in your email address in the textbox and click on the button, "RESET PASSWORD"

Provided that the email entered is a valid email, an email with instructions on how to reset your password will be sent to the mailbox provided. Note that if you entered an invalid email, we will NOT indicate that you have provided an invalid email. This is to prevent malicious attempts to guess actual logins.
